Tourism & handicaps
For a tourist with a handicap, the Tourism and Handicap trademark is proof of our commitment as well as our guarantee of an efficient and appropriate reception.
There are 4 Tourism and Handicap labels: physical, mental, visual and hearing handicaps. The Paris – Vallée de la Marne Tourism Office is certified for these 4 types of handicaps.

Quality approach
Paris – Vallée de la Marne Tourism Office belongs to the Quality Tourism system. This has made it possible to improve services for visitors as well as the working conditions for staff and has authorised the classification of the Office in Category III.
All of the staff are mobilised in this approach with the goal of providing better services to visitors during their sightseeing tours and also of being more efficient with all of our local partners.
The quality approach is supported by the National Federation of Tourism Offices of France and the Regional Tourism Committee.
